Platform Services refers to live and on-demand course guidance sessions and related support.
Information Products refers to digital course materials and downloadable resources.
Goods refers to any physical item offered through learnnextlab.

3. Platform Services

Platform Services are provided by scheduled sessions or continuous access plans. Access details will be communicated upon confirmation.

4. Information Products

Information Products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Access credentials or download links will be provided immediately.

5. Physical Goods

Goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines depend on shipping provider standards.

6. Refund Policy

learnnextlab is committed to satisfaction. Unless otherwise stated, the following applies:

• Platform Services: Cancellations more than 48 hours before start allow a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation. All requests must be sent to contact.html. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from approval date.
• Information Products: Due to the digital nature, refunds are available only if access issues prevent delivery. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase via contact.html. Valid claims will be addressed within 10 days of receipt.
• Physical Goods: Goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for sending goods back are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damage on receipt. Once items are received and inspected, customers will be reimbursed within 14 days for the item cost. Use contact.html to obtain instructions.

7. Scheduling Changes

Requests to move scheduled service sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the original slot. Approval is subject to availability. Contact contact.html for assistance.

8. No Refund Situations

Cancellations or access losses due to violation of these terms or misuse of platform resources are not eligible for any reimbursement. This ensures fair allocation of educator time and materials.
